is a founding general partner in Intellysis.  He was Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for 2nd Century Communications, Inc. and served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Intermedia Communications, responsible for financial matters during its transition to a public company.  Dan started his career with New England Telephone followed by an assignment as a senior accountant for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co.  He joined ITT Corporation, holding a number of financial management assignments with the Company's telecommunication subsidiaries in the Caribbean area and New York City.  He was an Assistant Controller for Puerto Rico Telephone Company, responsible for systems and data processing operations.  He served as Controller and Treasurer of the Virgin Islands Telephone Company. Dan was Vice President and Treasurer of U.S. Telephone and Telegraph Corporation in New York, directing the treasury operations for the domestic and offshore subsidiaries of ITT's Communications Operations Group. He was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Southport Financial Corporation, a real estate investment company.  Dan received his BA degree from Yale University.
