Intellysis. Prior
to Intellysis, Doug was Director of Network Operations at 2nd Century
Communications, where he was responsible for customer and network support, and
the commissioning, acceptance, and activation of network equipment and
facilities. From 1995 to 1998, Doug held several management positions at
Intermedia Communications in areas of network operations, customer service
delivery, and performance management. Prior to joining Intermedia, Doug was
responsible for the operational integrity of Frontier Corporation’s voice and
data network. He began his
telecommunications career with the U.S. Air Force where he spent three years
operating and maintaining a fixed site communications facility located in
Western Germany. He has a BA in Business Administration and brings to Intellysis
over 14 years of telecommunications operations experience.
