After a stint in Indonesia working in environmental law, Allison spent
five years with a leading Tampa, Florida law firm as a litigator in
transactional, commercial and insurance defense subject areas. Subsequent to
those assignments she has developed a practice as counsel and consultant to a
number of telecommunications clients, working on a variety of domestic and
international telecommunications projects, including acquisitions. Allison's
diverse background has aided the evolution of her career from a law firm
practice to a focus on business and telecommunications law. She is a
member of the Florida and American Bar Associations and holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane
University School of Law.
